Easily display modules for selection and purchase, including titles, descriptions and prices. Your customers select the modules they want and then complete their purchase by checking out.
Issue receipts and login information automatically
The Commercial Centre issues a receipt for the purchase as well as notifying you of an invoice request. The Commercial Centre can be integrated with an online e-payment service upon request.
Issue vouchers for your customers to redeem online
Your customer receives details of their purchase from the Commercial Centre, including a voucher code to redeem on the site, and how to log in and begin the training.
Customers self-register
Your customers visit your Commercial Centre and register their name, e-mail and other details before redeeming the training voucher they purchased.
'My learning' delivers
Following registration, your customer is taken directly to their ‘My learning’ page to begin the e-learning. Users can do their training anywhere with an Internet connection and the Knowledge Centre remembers where they left off last time, saving them time.
Customers have self-service access to training records and reports
The Commercial Centre keeps a complete training history for each user which is accessible by the individual or their organization’s administrator.
Set up organizations and delegate reporting
If organizations purchase e-learning, you can give them access to track and report on their peoples’ learning performance easily through the web-based administration area. Automated reports can be sent directly to the administrator’s inbox so they can see clearly who’s completed the training and who hasn’t.

The Commercial Centre is priced on an quarterly licence basis and this includes full technical support. Your administrator has access to telephone support from 9am to 5pm GMT/BST Monday to Friday. E-mails are replied to within 24 hours — although usually right away.
